Classic Beef and Mushroom

Ingredients

Beef, 1 pound
Mushrooms, 8 ounces
Onion, 1, diced
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Beef broth, 2 cups
Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add beef and cook until browned.

4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until soft.

5. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.

6. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
