Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 cups catsup - sauce
1 cup brown sugar - sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder - sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion - sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and make into walnut-size balls. Put in baking dish (we used two long dishes so we wouldn’t have to pile them up on each other).
Mix all ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
