Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

A creamy, comforting casserole with chicken, eggs, and a crunchy potato chip topping.

Ingredients

3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

Mix together chicken, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds, and onion. Stir soup into real mayonnaise and toss lightly with chicken mixture.

Turn into 8x8 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with potato chips. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.

Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
