Whipped Chocolate Frosting

A rich and creamy chocolate frosting perfect for cakes and desserts.

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter

4 squares unsweetened chocolate

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon salt (small)

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate on low heat.

Place sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl of a mixer with all melted butter and chocolate. Beat at medium speed.

Place in a large pan of ice water. Beat at high speed until frosting changes color and is of spreading consistency.
