Wild Rice Salad - Raw

A delightful and refreshing wild rice salad packed with flavorful ingredients.

Ingredients

1 cup wild rice
3 cup water
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon nama shoyu
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 green onions
1/2 red bell pepper
salt and pepper
1/4 cup cilantro

Instructions

Put the wild rice with the 3 cups of water in a covered container and dehydrate for 24 hr.

In a blender, mix the sundried tomatoes with the olive oil, garlic, nama shoyu, salt and pepper and blend. Pour over the rice.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and mix in with rice. Add the chopped green onion and red bell pepper and mix in the salad. Add the chopped cilantro.
