1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
