Preheat oven to 425.
Boil Water and butter together, add flour, baking powder and salt. When it comes all away from pot, remove from stove. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, size as you like by spoonful. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, then lower heat to 375 for another 20 minutes.
While that is cooking, dissolve pudding in 1 cup cold mild and vanilla. Let stand for a while. Add whipped cream, whip the cream with sugar and vanilla.
Remove puffs from oven. Let cool. Cut a small hole, and add the vanilla pudding.
