1. Prepare the meat, debone, and place in food processor until finely minced
2. In a bowl, add chicken and seasonings, mix until combined
3. Form into nuggets and freeze for 30 minutes
4. In a shallow pan, heat oil to 350 degrees
5. Dip chicken nuggets in batter, and fry in oil in batches until golden brown
6. Place on paper towels to remove excess grease, and enjoy!
