- In a large bowl add in your wet ingredients. Start by mashing the bananas well with the back of a fork then add in your nut butter and maple syrup and mix well to combine.
- Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish and separate into cookies. Bake at 175C (350F) until golden all over, about 25-30 minutes.
*Replace pumpkin seeds with chocolate chips when feeling cheeky.
