Ingredients

3 Bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cranberries
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add in your wet ingredients. Start by mashing the bananas well with the back of a fork then add in your nut butter and maple syrup and mix well to combine.
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and separate into cookies. Bake at 175C (350F) until golden all over, about 25-30 minutes.
*Replace pumpkin seeds with chocolate chips when feeling cheeky.
