1. Mix melted butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Once the sugars are mostly dissolved, add the egg and beat until frothy.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, soda, and a pinch of salt.
3. Chop the chocolate into pieces.
4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture.
5. Prepare the dough and finally mix in the chopped chocolate.
6. Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
