Cream Puffs for Stuffing

Deliciously airy cream puffs perfect for savory stuffing with chicken salad.

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup plain flour
4 eggs, unbeaten

Instructions

Heat water, butter, and salt until boiling. Dump flour in and stir until it forms a ball. Add eggs one at a time and mix with beater. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Split puffs and fill with chicken salad.
