A savory baked brown rice dish with beef broth, consomme, and sautéed onions.

Ingredients

1 can of Campbell's Beef Broth
1 can of Campbell's Beef Consomme
1/2 stick of margarine
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup of Mahatma long grain rice

Instructions

Melt margarine in a pot. Saute onion until lightly browned.

Pour in beef broth and consomme. Bring to a boil and remove from stove.

Add rice and mix. Pour ingredients into casserole dish and cover with a glass cover or tin foil.

Bake on 375° for 45 minutes.
