A simple and delicious beer bread made with just a few ingredients for a warm, moist loaf.

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 12oz can of beer at room temperature

Instructions

Put ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until flour is moist. (Do not beat - do not over stir).

Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
