1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour, and beat well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Dash of nutmeg. Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
