Blueberry Salad

A refreshing and fruity salad topped with creamy goodness and a nutty crunch.

Ingredients

2 boxes blackberry Jello
1 can blueberries (15 oz)
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup nuts, chopped fine

Instructions

Mix together the Jello, blueberries, crushed pineapple, and boiling water. Let it congeal.

For the topping, cream together sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Put on top of the salad. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped nuts on top.
