Vegetable Cheese Ball

A delightful vegetable cheese ball perfect for serving with crackers or vegetables.

Ingredients

3-8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

Mix all together by hand.

Make two small balls or one large. Roll in chopped pecans (about 1 1/2 cups) on wax paper.

Wrap each one in Saran Wrap or Wax Paper and refrigerate.

Will keep two weeks. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
